We had a great experience at the beer factory, we needed to get an appointment for the tour but it was okay, they confirmed it quickly. We arrived a bit earlier so we went into the gift shop and bought souvenirs. The tour started punctual and with a pint (or more) beer which obviously was a good start :) then the guide spoke about the history of the manufacture and the process, it was interesting not boring at all. We could try the ingredients and watch the workers doing their job. We got a look of the selection of the beers and other products at the end, could try a fruity beer (blueberry) then we went to the yard where we got an incredible ham specialty (it was optional, to pay). We could refill our glasses with beer any time we wanted. Until this point everything was 5 stars. Then we went back to gift shop on our way out because we wanted to buy some beer for home (as one of us couldn't try them at the factory being the driver) and we wanted to buy a 6pack but there was no option that we choose which one we wanted in it. We were disappointed but agreed to take a mixed 6pack, plus we selected some other items and at the end at the cashier said that we couldn't pay with card only cash (where we paid with card before the tour). So we left the beers and everything there and went home (and bought Csiki beers from the supermarket). My suggestion is that in the gift shop give an option to select the bottles for your own 6pack (maybe for the max price) and allow to pay by card. I still keep the 5* rating and I hope that you will improve with that.

They organized a promo with a free event where you can eat and drink as much as you can and as well as a concert. They grossly oversold the winning beercaps and then they could not handle the masses that turned up. I went to the event but could not get to the food, the soup was gone before the event even started. Perfect example of greed and misorganization. It was a mess. Some people I met came 1000 kilometers to feel like in an overpopulated prisoncamp waiting hours in line to get a cup of free beer or cheapest sausage you can buy. I will not buy their beer any more.
We visited the manufacture on Saturday(only Sunday is closed). Really nice, you'll need an appointment before, food can be served(check ticket price) and free beer included.
Good, natural beer, i bought a few beers from a shop in Borsec. I hope I can visit the factory. Congratulations for the good job!

Only cash for beers, for souvenirs it's OK with card. Disappointing
Ro. - Fabrica de bere a Székely Sör si Csiki Sör, inca nu am avut ocazia sa vizitez locatia dar berea este minunata ! En. - Beer factory that makes Székely Sör and Csiki Sör, Székely crafted beers, i didn't had the chance to visit the place yet but the beer is wonderful !
